Abstract:The author assumes to give a general, brief overview about the background of the financial, economic crisis because it is considered crucially important for better understanding of performance and reactions of the market during crisis situation. Furthermore the study might lend assistance to others to interpret the impacts of the crisis more competently and more effectively by having an example. Therefore the author is delighted to analyse the outcome of the Food and Beverage department of the presented hotel within the period of December 2008 to December 2013. In another words, the result of the study supposes to serve as a guide, advice for effective and sufficient interpretation of a data collection of a Food and Beverage department during and after a crisis by seeing the correlations and linkages.
