| Kivonat: | In the multibillion dollar luxury hotel industry it is essential to gain and retain loyal customers. One of the tools to achieve these results is a well functioning and effective loyalty program, which makes the guest feel appreciated and valued. In this dissertation the current loyalty programs of the hotel and other industries are discussed and as a conclusion, a sample program is developed based on the loyalty initiative of an actual hotel chain and on the opinion of industry professionals and frequent travelers. |
