Kivonat:The aim of this paper is to explore digitalization in the retail industry and dive deep into where and how digitalization changes traditional retail operations. Furthermore the focus is on apparel retail with it's specifications, the omnichannel retail mandate and blending online convenience with brick-and-mortar stores. The shopper survey aims to investigate expectations experiences and attitudes towards digital both online and in-store.
