Kivonat:The purpose of my dissertation is to examine the market launch of Garnier Olia, while evaluating the results and effects of the different PR activities that follow the product since its market introduction. I would like to see how effective the PR appearances are, how the consumers interpret the different messages and what area could be improved in order to reach more potential consumers and create a positive attitude in their minds towards the product. In order to confirm my assumptions, I used primary and secondary research data, such as an in-depth interview with the PR manager at the company, and I also analyzed the reuslts of a media agency survey, regarding the digital consumption of consumers.
