Description
Abstract:Dark tourism is defined as a sensation related to death and devastation in association with tourism activities (Lennon & Foley, 2000). It is an up and coming ever-expanding niche tourism segment, which has become commercialised and associated with entertainment (Stone, 2010). When it comes to tourism development and supplying a demand, several aspects must be taken into consideration. Mostly after a tragic event, several strategies and plans are taken into consideration, therefore these emergency implementations can result in a whole image facelift to redirect the negative character of a destination (Taylor, 2006).
