| Kivonat: | Most scholars define digital diplomacy as the involvement of diplomats (and diplomacy agencies) on social media to build and maintain relationships with foreign publics. Although the term is limited in use in diplomatic, political, and media dictionaries, digital diplomacy today plays a notable role in shaping international relations.
