| Kivonat: | This paper is about the innovative solutions which were born thank to the COVID-19 pandemic and the lockdown period caused by it. In this documentI am examining the meaning of innovation and its presence in the hospitality industry. As we are living in the 21st century I felt important to write about the smartphone penetration and the user habits. It also deals with popular smartphone applications used both in Hungary (like Net Pincér and Wolt for instance) and abroad. At the end I finished my research with a questionnaire consist of 34 questions. |
