Kivonat: | A healthy diet plays an essential role in preventing numerous diseases and improving overall health. The purpose of this paper is to present various individual and environmental factors that impact customers' healthy menu choices when dining out and indicate different strategies and plans to promote healthful food selection in a restaurant. Specifically, this dissertation focuses on visible and invisible promotion approaches of Khan Asian food and Bar restaurant. Data was collected from a questionnaire of 149 participants and an in-depth interview with Khan restaurant owner. An online survey revealed the respondents' eating behaviour and healthy food preferences. At the same time, the interview result purposed detail restaurant intervention to encourage customers in purchasing healthy food items. For example, create a better ambience, provide a healthier cooking method or modify the preparation procedure. |
