| Kivonat: | In this dissertation the researcher would like to present how sustainable tourism takes place in Hungary, Lake Balaton region, narrowing it down to the area of the North side of the Lake Balaton. The main focus is to show the area, and how it is sustainable and what development the area has achieved. How it's changed, because of digitalization, how it has become more and more popular and has more visitors, What festivals are there, what outdoors activities available in the area, for example garbage collections and how all of this is connected to sustainability. Further analysis will also give examples of what a tourist searches for in a travel destination or in a product, in the area. Overall, when organizing programs or booking accommodations this traveler will be aware to think about sustainability first and to consider it. |
