| Abstract: | Abstract The advent of digital intelligence has opened up new opportunities for the hotel restaurant industry. Hotels collect customer reviews via the Internet and upgrade them continuously. This is the result of consumers' subjective evaluation of hotel service quality in the digital intelligence environment. In this paper, we study and analyze the service issues and future directions applicable to meeting customer needs in the digital intelligence environment from the consumer's perspective.
