Abstract:Summary  This thesis investigates the impact of Jingdong's business plans during the pandemic. The goal of this thesis is to research the impact of Jingdong’s business plan on consumers and its own company during the epidemic. Based on the survey, most people’s evaluation of Jingdong ’s business plan is positive, especially after the outbreak began, many people have changed their opinion and behavior, and represent that they believe in Jingdong and will continue to consume Jingdong after the covid. This study proves that Jingdong 's business plan had a positive impact both internally and externally during the pandemic. A new business plan does not necessarily bring results, we need to wait for the arrival of the new environment. Jingdong's mature and complete business plan is the most important during the epidemic, because it has developed and improved it business plan over the past few years, when the new environment comes, it has played its own advantages to meet consumer needs and ensure high satisfaction. The high degree of satisfaction can bring customer’s trust and dependence, with these characteristics, Jingdong can achieve sustainable development to attract more investors and talents. All in all, the current research allows the author to clearly understand the impact of Jingdong’s business plan during the epidemic. According to the analysis, Jingdong is developing in a positive direction.
