Abstract:In the research, I examined the value that AI creates for commercial enterprises. I used Porter's value chain model for my secondary research for analysis and as primary research I conducted in-depth interviews with three managers. As a result of the research, It can state that AI represents an outstanding value-added in all functional areas of commercial enterprises. My research showed that today's managers see technology as an opportunity but also have concerns about ethical, social and data management issues. The development of artificial intelligence can take many directions, it is unpredictable how it will impact our society and shape our everyday lives, our work and ourselves.
