Abstract:With the in-depth study of service marketing theory, service marketing has become one of the main evaluation criteria of customer recognition and market position in the catering industry. Sichuan Haidilao Catering Co., Ltd. can be said to be one of the most successful enterprises in service marketing, their service marketing level has been in the advanced level in this field. However, the company also has a series of problems for example, the quality of food is uneven, the service level is not high enough, and the company lacks senior management talents.
