Abstract: | The subject of my thesis is the role of digitalization in commerce. I would like to examine this issue through the example of a comparison of two Black Friday campaigns at a retail company, with a webshop, which specialises in the sales of laptops and electronics. I have chosen Acershop.hu, because in my opinion the company correlates very well with the topic. The thesis has two research questions.
