Kivonat: | This research aimed to find out if society is ready that AI will be used by human resource workers in their work. This usage can be interpreted in various ways, starting from chatting about the date of the interview, analysing resume information, collecting feedback from the employees about the working environment to making final decisions about hiring or firing employees. And, on the other side, another goal that was set by me was to get the opinion of the AI creators if the AI is ready, developed enough to be used in HR and have an impact on people’s lives. Using a questionnaire, I collected data about human resource workers' attitudes toward artificial intelligence usage in human resource management as well as non-HR workers' attitudes. I also interviewed an AI-developing Hungarian company ChattBoss Team Kft., seeking their opinion on AI's use in human resources and its readiness to be used. Essentially, this research shows that artificial intelligence can, and already is, very useful, but is not intelligent enough to be used alone and have a real impact on people's lives. The two answering parties agreed that AI could be used by HR workers in a hybrid form and that this would benefit everyone. |
