Kivonat: | I will summarize the structure of my research paper. The study consists of 8 chapters: Chapter 1: A general introduction to big data and the world's achievements. This section outlines the two research questions of the thesis and the research methodology. Chapter 2: Big data and its basics In this section, I have if the concept of big data is what? The characteristics and benefits of Big data. Big data technologies that the world is applying. Chapter 3: Basic issues of customers' shopping and consumption behavior In this section, the concept of customer behavior has been mentioned about the factors that affect the purchase of customers. Chapter 4: Vietnam's e-commerce situation I mentioned the current situation of e-commerce in Vietnam, such as the characteristics of e-commerce, types of e-commerce, and the general situation in Vietnam. Chapter 5: Research Methodology In this section, I introduced the methodology and explained why I use qualitative and quantitative methods in my research. Chapter 6: Implement research methods In this section, I have done the research steps. The first is the qualitative method; I have analyzed and synthesized the positive and negative factors when applying Big data analysis to customer feedback. After having the negative and positive factors, I did a survey to apply the quantitative method and then prepared for the results in the next chapter. Chapter 7: Presenting the results After using the Power BI data analysis tool, I have presented the results of my research in this section. All data is presented in meaningful numbers and graphs. Chapter 8: Conclusions and Recommendations In this section, I summarized the findings of the qualitative and quantitative analyses and reached a conclusion. Some suggestions for developing e-commerce in Vietnam have been made. |
