Kivonat:I start my work by getting to know the definition, background, and importance of employer branding. I also want to detail what the Employer Value Propositions are and how they connect to the employer brand. Afterwards, I continue with the theory part of how to build an employer brand. I research the main stages: the research and analysis, the creation, the execution, and the evaluation process.  In the second part I want to present the case of BT, how BT built their employer brand form the beginnings to up to this day. This part includes an introduction to the company, the employer branding process and the two main campaigns on which the brand was built.
