| Kivonat: | The purpose of study is to analyse the supplychain management of Vinamilk dairy company to explore how the company can hold theleader position in Vietnamese dairy industry for a long time. Suppliers,manufacturing plants, production, dairy farms, distribution system, warehouses,logistics and inventory management are the primary focuses of the study. The thesis provides the background knowledge of the supply chain management in literature reviewsection.Firstly,the paper will illustrate the dairy industry in Vietnam and background of Vinamilkdairy company. Then the study measures the relationship between players insupply chain, analyses the supply chain and the supply chain management. The authordraws the results and gives evaluations of supply chain management through analyzingprocess. The paper ends up with formulating proposals to complete the supplychain. This study demonstrates that Vinamilk's supply chain is a unified and well-coordinated. The players are interdependent and closely linked.Vinamilk’s own dairy farm is qualified, the facility is modern and high quality.The distribution network throughout Vietnam is widespread. |
