Kivonat:The outbreak of COVID-19 has brought a significantchange in the way businesses operate. Companies were forced to adapt quickly toensure the continuation of their operations, and this required effectiveleadership and crisis management skills. The pandemic also led to anunprecedented shift to remote work or home office, which has now become the newnormal for many businesses. This study aims to explore the impact of the globalpandemic on the leadership style of managers in a food delivery company inHungary, their perception of home office, and what crisis management tools theywere using to minimize the negative impact of the pandemic. My research willseek to determine whether the pandemic has influenced the leadership style ofmanagers, and whether they have changed their approach to home office. It willalso explore the impact of home office on the performance of employees, andwhether it has affected their work-life balance.
