| Kivonat: | The objective of this thesis is to examine the impact of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in auditing and taking KPMG as a case study. It explores AI's potential in enhancing audit quality by automating tasks, improving data analysis, and identifying patterns. The study aims to assess AI's impact on audit quality and efficiency at KPMG, identify challenges in AI integration, and understand auditors' perspectives on KPMG Clara. A quantitative method will be applied by a well-structured survey and qualitative method such as interviews with KPMG professionals will provide insights into AI's role in auditing. This research fills a gap in AI auditing literature, particularly in the context of KPMG's current practices. The results revealed the potential influence of AI integration in general and KPMG Clara in specific to auditing fields according to KPMG auditors’ viewpoint. The benefits and challenges of the AI implementation will also be discussed in the conclusion of the thesis as well. |
