| Abstract: | This paper gives insight into the financial life of large corporations. To give a brief summary of the whole paper sheds light on the relationship between companies and their need to obtain financing and the reason why they choose banks to obtain it. In this paper, the size of large companies was defined, as well as some business forms, such as partnerships, limited liability companies and corporations, the importance of a capital structure, some loan types, such as overdraft facilities, revolving lines of credit and project financing and the lending process which complexity is shown in this paper. The primary research part of this paper was conducted with people actively working in the field of large corporate financing and they gave some clearification some of the questions asked in this topic. |
