Kivonat: | Foreign Direct Investments (FDIs) have become a crucial driving force in the global economy, propelling economic growth, technological innovation, and elevated living standards in host nations. The impacts within host countries are multifaceted and encompass economic, political, and social dimensions. In recent years, policymakers worldwide, notably in developed countries, have recognized the indispensable role of FDIs in igniting economic expansion. However, reaping these benefits is not an automatic process but rather contingent on meeting specific conditions. Foreign direct investments inject vital capital, elevate economic productivity by facilitating knowledge and technology transfer, create new avenues for trade, enhance economic competitiveness, contribute to reducing current account deficits, bolster employment opportunities, and, most importantly, enhance the overall quality of life for the population. Boosting foreign investments stands as a paramount objective for a nation's economic growth and a strategic imperative for governments. Attracting such investments necessitates well-defined policies and strategies, continual enhancement of the legal and institutional framework, as well as promoting stability, sustainable economic growth, infrastructure modernization, and improvements in the business and investment environment.
