| Kivonat: | The mainresearch area of this article is the development history and trends of hotel AI robot service in the Chinese hotel industry. The purpose of this article is to understand the views of Chinese hotel customers on hotel AI robot services, to understand the advantages and disadvantages of hotel AI robot services, and to make a prediction for the future trend of China's hotel industry towards intelligent development. The main research methods of this paper are the questionnaire survey method and case study analysis method. The subjects of the questionnaire survey are Chinese hotel customers or potential customers, and the research object of the case study analysis is the FlyZoo unmanned hotel in Hangzhou, China.Through research, we have obtained some valuable data. Our research shows that most Chinese people have a positive view of AI robot services in Chinese hotels, and Chinese hotels have shown a trend toward intelligence. |
