Abstract:The research objectives of the topic are to synthesize theoretical foundations related to the communication strategies of enterprises in crisis management. Additionally, this research aims to introduce, analyze, evaluate communication strategies during crises in Vietnamese businesses today. This includes communication strategies during crises related to product and service quality, communication messages, and leadership image. Moreover, the research will also provide lessons to assist businesses in crisis management.
