Kivonat:During my internships at different multinational corporations, based on my experience and feedback from workers surrounding me, there are huge gaps between X generation and Z generation. The communication among them is deteriorating, themotivational factors and inspiriation of working spirit differ according to the ages. If corporations want to establish a balanced workplace, they must consider these factors, so they can avoid the process of diminishing motivation of employees. My thesis examines corporate communication habits and strategies for motivation creation with the aim of understanding and uncovering the aspects that motivate or demotivate employees in hungarian work industry. In my research, I critically analyze international and domestic literature with a different focus. These include generational theories, communicational theories, motivational and management findings, which in my opinion comprehensively cover the theoretical literature base. Building upon the findings, I conduct my primary research, which consists of two parts. Utilizing secondary data, I continue to explore causal relationships through qualitative research. Subsequently, I intend to establish hypothesises to validate the findings through a quantitative phase and analyze the collected data using mathematical-statistical methods. The objectives of my research are to identify specific communication practices that impact employee motivation, and propose strategies to enhance employee motivation and working spirit. This study aims to contribute to the field by providing actionable insights for managers and HR professionals to foster a more motivated and productive workforce.
