Thisgeneration is known for frequently changing jobs, leading to significant losses for companies.As Generation Z enters the labor market en masse in the coming years, their presence willinevitably drive substantional changes, even if it means breaking out of the traditional practices.The gap between this so called ,,digital native” generation and the previous ones is unusuallylarge, necessitating a proactive response from organizations to resolve the emerging conflictsof interest.
