Kivonat:My thesis main topic are the customer and the customer processes in the premium and luxury car industry. My research goal is to find out in the premium and luxury car sector how customers are treated, what are the processes that these car salons are making to keep the clients satisfied, so the target group where people who are working in this segment. To reach my goal I made interviews with car salon leaders and sales managers and used articles about the customers and techniques in the premium and luxury car industry. I will compare the collected information and make out of it a conclusion what are common and what are different in this segment the car industry.
