Kivonat:In the evolving landscape of the global labor market, particularly in Budapest, Hungary, Gen Z is emerging as a pivotal force within workplaces across various sectors. Concurrently, issues surrounding workplace well-being and mental health have gained significant attention, especially in multinational environments. This study investigates how Gen Z talents with limited professional experience perceive and evaluate workplace quality through the lens of organizational communication at Bosch Budapest. The core research question posed is:“How do Gen Z global talents at Bosch Budapest assess the quality of their work environment based on their personal experiences and the organization’s communication channels?”
