The goal of my thesis is to unironically “merge” my studies on the theoretical topic with the appreciation to the creators of my childhood, by writing a fundamental (financial) analysis on the firm’s performance after one of the greatest mergers of the entertainment industry. It is focusing on the two years before and after the merger, to properly interpret the changes that played a relevant part in the transaction. | |
