The "dual-carbon" policy implemented by China, the Inflation Reduction Act formulated by the United States, and the European Green Deal stipulated by the European Union all demonstrate their distinct characteristics. The achievements of China's emission reduction vary among regions, and regional differences bring many challenges. The implementation of the Inflation Reduction Act has encountered obstacles, and the United States has shown contradictory positions in cross-border cooperation affairs. The European Green Deal has been embroiled in internal disputes among member states in practice, and it is rather difficult to resolve external trade frictions. Regulatory deficiencies have emerged in all three economies regarding the stability of the financial system. This study aims to put forward adjustment suggestions in response to these situations and emphasizes that multilateral cooperation can promote the sharing of experiences and coordination of actions among countries, enhance the ability to solve global problems, and achieve the goal of sustainable development.
