Through a combination of literature review and an original survey of 105 respondents, the study examines how structural GVC positioning influences both perceived vulnerability and strategic adaptability. Quantitative analysis highlights significant differences between low-skill manufacturing exporters and technology-integrated service economies, while qualitative insights emphasize the importance of supplier diversification, digital infrastructure, and institutional support. The findings contribute perception-based, firm-level evidence to the existing literature and offer practical recommendations for resilience-building in an era of geopolitical and economic uncertainty. | |
