| Abstract: | In this dissertation we would like to examine the motivations behind the participants who applied for the Camp Leaders work and travel program. Beside the motivation their decision making process was in the focus of this study. An online questionnaire was conducted in order to better understand the driving forces of hte participants. The main result was that the strongest reason was traveling in the United States. The participants chose the company because of someone's recommendation but still took time to rationally think the possibilities over and decide only after that. |
