Abstract:The thesis is about presenting the 5-star hotels of Budapest and comparing their restaurant offerings. In addition to all this, I conducted the analysis based on various aspects. It covers marketing, operations and other exciting topics, such as branding and visibility on social media sites. Also, it includes real interviews with professionals (managers, supervisors) of the Hungarian top Hotel brands. It also has information about the history of the hotels and also from the hotel chains.In addition to all this, the thesis also includes some foreign perspectives and examples of large hotels operating abroad.
