Description
Abstract:This thesis presents a comprehensive business strategy for GreenerGlow, an IoT-based smart plant monitoring solution designed to enhance user engagement and foster sustainable lifestyles. By integrating theoretical frameworks from marketing, entrepreneurship, and digital innovation, the research examines how technology-driven plant care systems can meet the expectations of environmentally conscious urban consumers. The study applies a mixed-methods approach, including user surveys and semi-structured interviews, to identify market needs and inform strategic decision-making. Key strategic tools—SWOT, STEEPLE, the Business Model Canvas, and QSPM Matrix—are employed to construct actionable market entry and growth plans. The results underscore the importance of emotional branding, sustainability, and intuitive design in driving IoT adoption. GreenerGlow is positioned as a scalable and impactful innovation at the intersection of environmental responsibility and smart technology.
