Abstract:This thesis explores how digitalisation is transforming the supplier side of the conference segment within the MICE industry in Hungary and the UK. Based on qualitative interviews, it examines how venues, organisers, and agencies adopt digital tools, respond to external challenges, and integrate sustainability. Findings show different speeds of adoption, with the UK leading in client-facing innovation, while Hungary focuses more on operational efficiency. The study concludes with practical recommendations for building competitive, flexible, and sustainable MICE services.
